There will be fun for all ages including music, entertainment and a health fair in honor of National Stroke Awareness Month. Run, walk or roll in the 1K, 5K or Kids Fun Run at a physical ability level that’s just right for you.
The Rancho Los Amigos Health and Wellness fair includes blood pressure screening, health and education booths, information from community groups and equipment vendors. A new Kids Corner features games, prizes, arts and crafts and more! Stop by the Shield HealthCare booth to say hi!
