Why is Shield HealthCare Texas so excited to be a sponsor of the Any Baby Can of San Antonio 9th Annual Walk For Autism?

In 2011, this fun filled community event broke the Guinness World Record for the Largest Charity Walk with over 5,441 participants!

This year, Any Baby Can of San Antonio hopes to break another record and they are expecting over 8,000 walk participants. Shield HealthCare’s local team will be on hand to share resources and support for families in need of home medical supplies.

At the event:

Any Baby Can of San Antonio has partnered with The Arc of San Antonio to provide a larger resource fair to offer a resources for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You and your family can take advantage of the many community resources that have partnered with Any Baby Can to help make this walk successful. Over 90 agencies that provide services for children and adults will be available so that you may learn more about what San Antonio has to offer. Games and activities will also be provided for children of all ages.

About Any Baby Can of San Antonio:

The mission of Any Baby Can of San Antonio is to serve families with children facing serious health or developmental challenges. Services are provided free of charge, regardless of income to families of children, birth through 12 years who suffer from a chronic illness, disability or developmental delay. The child must reside in either Bexar, Atascosa, Bandera, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Medina, Real, Uvalde or Wilson County.
