Shipping - All shipping for orders being billed to your insurance will be shipped via ground shipping. There will be no shipping charges for orders billed to your insurance. For non-insurance billed orders standard-shipping rates will apply.


Returns- all returns require a proof of purchase. Products must be returned within 45 days of purchase. Prior authorization is required for returns. Some items may not be returnable. Please inquire if you need a return authorization or have any questions regarding a return on a specific product.

Change or cancel an order- Please inquire for any changes or to cancel your order. Changes may delay the shipment of your order request. (Please note that cancellations can only be made prior to shipping the order)
