Business Analyst
Primary function of this position is to design marketing research projects and analyze data. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of assisting in the development of market research objectives to help the organization meet its strategic goals. Will analyze current research and statistical techniques; evaluates latest research developments to expand market research methods. Establishes research methods and means for collecting data and assists in conducting surveys and focus groups to analyze customer trends. Researches market conditions, conducts feasibility studies, prepares reports and presents recommendations for action plans to management. Works with IT to manage web analysis, Accounting and Sales departments to develop and optimize data. Requires 2 or more years of market research experience and extensive planning, research and analytical skills. Must be proficient in PowerPoint and expert at Excel with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Customer Service Agents
Handles incoming and outgoing customer calls in a call center environment and enters customer order information into the computer. Must have 1-2 years customer service experience. Call center experience preferred. T35 wpm required. Data entry skills needed.

Distribution Clerk - Denver - Part Time
Responsible for pulling, packing, and/or checking customer orders prior to shipping. One year distribution and/or forklift experience preferred. Ability to lift/carry 25-40 lbs. Attention to detail, good math, and communication skills.

Marketing Director
The primary function of this position is to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for all products and services. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for providing leadership for new geographic expansion and market penetration opportunities. Will be accountable for ensuring marketing alignment with all functional departments, benchmarking competitive positioning and document our competitive advantages and risks. Will continue measuring customer satisfaction and retention as well as new consumer acquisitions and develop strong strategic partnerships with key vendors and suppliers. Develops sales support tools to help quantify business opportunities and establish the value proposition of our offerings and lead current and future clinical service components that support and enhance current product lines, as well as monitor and control outcome of strategic marketing plan and department budget in relationship with changes in external environment. Requires BA in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred) and 5+ years experience in marketing management position. Must have highly developed organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership experience with fast paced, high growth companies. Will be self-directed, with strong problem-solving skills and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Representative - Fresno
Answers incoming calls/faxes, taking orders from physicians, referral sources and customers. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to interview customers, record the data into the computer and place orders. Will be responsible to resolve customer complaints, enter orders using AS400 and attends to walk in customers. Will up sell and cross-sell to meet customer need and process authorizations and support documentation to ensure corporate compliance. Must have 2+ years customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, PC knowledge and Windows experience preferred, type 35+ WPM.
