All shipping for orders being billed to your insurance will be shipped via normal ground shipping. There will be no shipping charges for orders billed to your insurance.

For non-insurance billed orders standard-shipping rates will apply. These standard rates are as follows:

Order under $25 - $5.50
Over $25 - Free Shipping

We offer expedited delivery for an additional charge.

Overnight shipping* - $40

Delivery time is in business days, weekend and holidays are not included in shipping time.
