With 2021 in full swing, I want to share with our SCI community a network of helpful online resources. Because of Covid-19 protective protocols and continued caution many live events are still restricted, making our virtual interactions that much more important.

Below I have listed 15 links to a variety of organizations from around the world that range from health and wellness educational forums, virtual expos, video series, podcasts, daily inspiration, weekly support groups, live sports, dance and alternative outdoor activities to keep you connected, moving and grooving!
