Barry wrote, “I would like to thank you for your wonderful mail order sevice. I order Ostomy supplies from your company approximately every 5-6 months and without fail you always handle this with efficiency and great customer service.

Case in point, I ordered supplies by telephone on Wednesday around 4pm and the order was handled by a wonderful representative who was very efficient, polite and cheerful and as a bonus the order arrived the next day. This has been my experience with all the orders I have placed and I would like to thank you for this.

In today’s world I think people are too busy to appreciate good service and are too quick to criticize anything that doesn’t agree with them. I like to think I am always aware of people who make my life a little easier or those who have a great positive attitude and this certainly applies to Shield HealthCare.

Can you tell me of any medication or pills I can take that eliminate or lessen odor? It seems to be worse in the mornings. I am going on vacation with friends and it can be very embarrassing.
