Case in point, I ordered supplies by telephone on Wednesday around 4pm and the order was handled by a wonderful representative who was very efficient, polite and cheerful and as a bonus the order arrived the next day. This has been my experience with all the orders I have placed and I would like to thank you for this.
In today’s world I think people are too busy to appreciate good service and are too quick to criticize anything that doesn’t agree with them.
