During the 2018 Annual WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse) Conference, Shield HealthCare’s Ostomy Lifestyle Specialist, Laura Cox, and Eric Polsinelli, of Vegan Ostomy, had a chance to sit down and talk about Eric’s life before and after his diagnosis of Crohn’s disease.
